Vincentwei1021/video-shotcraftSkill
Create cinematic product videos from shot recipe cards, a validated template, and code/audio assets (Remotion + real page screenshots + 2.5D camera moves + beat-synced cuts + sound design). Use when the user asks to turn a frontend project or webpage into a product video, says "use video-shotcraft to make a video/promo", names the Ink Press template or asks to reproduce its effect, or wants a single shot card's motion.
Why this score
Popularity score: 92/100 from public GitHub signals only. It shows how widely used and maintained this is, not how well it works. Not included yet: the fake-star check. The security scan is shown separately and doesn't change the score. How we rank
Security
Scanned Oct 20, 2026 at commit 43bd349a1366, first 300 source files (it's a large repo), with Cisco's open-source skill-scanner.
What its code does:
- Runs shell commands Common for dev tools. Read the commands it runs.assets/audio/AUDITION-2026-07-27.md:21, assets/scripts/build-readme-cover.mjs:4, references/sound-design.md:144 and 10 more
- Runs code it builds while running (eval or exec) Harder to read ahead of time, since the code is assembled while it runs.workbench/scripts/gen-index.mjs:152, workbench/scripts/test-legacy.mjs:54
- Makes network requestsSKILL.md, publish/upload_post.py:125 and 1 more
Web addresses in its code:
- youtube.comgallery/showcase.js:126
- api.upload-post.compublish/upload_post.py:57
- sitemaps.orggallery/build-seo.py:100

- x.comgallery/showcase.js:124
These are the sites named in the code, so it's where your data could go. It isn't a complete list: code can build addresses while it runs, and a few of these may be links rather than calls. Whatever you send also goes to the AI model you use.
A scan lists patterns in the code. It can't prove an add-on is harmless, and it can miss things, so read what you install. How we scan
