Use when the user asks what they worked on; wants a standup, handover, or timesheet built from their sessions; asks which sessions touched a project or topic; wants token and cost stats; or says skarn recall. Not for security questions (use skarn-audit). Prefers session metadata and reads transcript content only when metadata cannot answer, stating first that what it reads goes to the model provider. Exports are redacted; the raw shell command history it can fall back on is not.
