EverMind-AI/RavenSkill
Direct an animated film of about two minutes from a software repository's Git history. Select real commits, releases and reverts; develop the story, character and visual style; build an outline, cast sheet, storyboard and HTML review studio; then render a 4K/60fps MP4 after approval. Use for repository or product promos, launches, anniversaries, release stories, codebase timelines, character-led project histories, and requests such as "make a video about our project" or "show how this product grew." Not for UI screen recordings, slide decks, or commit-statistics charts.
Why this score
This repo hosts 10 skills, so its 5,519 stars are split between them (about 552 each) for scoring.
Popularity score: 74/100 from public GitHub signals only. It shows how widely used and maintained this is, not how well it works. Not included yet: the fake-star check. The security scan is shown separately and doesn't change the score. How we rank
Security
Scanned Oct 20, 2026 at commit ba3a3f8c546d, with Cisco's open-source skill-scanner.
What its code does:
- Runs shell commands Common for dev tools. Read the commands it runs.engine/render.mjs:5, scripts/render-hq.mjs:8
- Runs code it builds while running (eval or exec) Harder to read ahead of time, since the code is assembled while it runs.engine/render.mjs:58, scripts/frames.mjs:24, scripts/render-hq.mjs:22
A scan lists patterns in the code. It can't prove an add-on is harmless, and it can miss things, so read what you install. How we scan
