Turn a photo of handwriting into a real installable font (TTF/WOFF/WOFF2). Use when the user shares a photo of handwritten letters and wants a font, asks to "make my font", "handwriting font", "turn my handwriting into a font", "font from this photo/image", asks for a handwriting font template, or wants to refine a font made earlier (smoother, thicker, fix a letter). Not for choosing, recommending, or identifying existing fonts - only for creating a font from the user's own handwriting.
Why this score
Popularity score: 68/100 from public GitHub signals only. It shows how widely used and maintained this is, not how well it works. Not included yet: the fake-star check. The security scan is shown separately and doesn't change the score. How we rank
Security
Scanned Oct 21, 2026 at commit ef367bb2193b, with Cisco's open-source skill-scanner.
What its code does:
- Runs shell commands Common for dev tools. Read the commands it runs.scripts/resolve-cli.js:9 and 1 more
A scan lists patterns in the code. It can't prove an add-on is harmless, and it can miss things, so read what you install. How we scan
Alternatives
Other makers' add-ons that do the same job, next to this one.
