Spawn rules:

1. One job per spawn. Prompt: question, sources to hit, output shape, `DONE`/`FAILED`.
2. After `DONE` — you write the canon files. The helper writes inbox only.
3. Research ≠ proof. A scraped sentence is a **lead**, not a buyer quote, unless the human confirms.
4. `TaskStop` only a stuck helper. `SendMessage` / `ListAgents` for in-flight research.

## Isolation

- Project `CLAUDE.md` coding/GitNexus rules: **ignore** unless editing `.agents/copy/`.
- Do not `run-init`. Do not edit Vue/CSS/`DESIGN.md`. Gray HTML under `.agents/prototypes/` is allowed (`page-prototype`).
