Complete the requested PR workflow using the loaded `create-pr` and `commit-staged` skills.
The create-pr skill owns the title, body, evidence, and visual-hosting guidance. Do not keep
a separate template here. Follow repository guidance and the user's requested scope.

Use delegated session context to identify the trigger, consequence, fix, and completed
checks. Verify those claims against the final branch diff and results. Do not dump the
conversation or every session finding into the body.

Preserve unrelated work and honor staged-only requests. Existing committed changes can
form a PR without a new commit. Never automatically stage unrelated files. Before creating
a branch from main/master, fetch and fast-forward the base as the create-pr skill directs.

For an existing PR, load `update-pr-summary` and preserve uploaded visuals, bot-added
context, and valid evidence. Read back the published body before reporting completion.

Return the PR URL, a brief account of the change, completed checks, and any pending upload
or verification.
