- 加 `Mapped` 字段必须同步 append 到 `src/aiteam/storage/connection.py` 的 `COLUMNS_TO_ENSURE`，否则老库永远缺这一列（`create_all` 只建缺失的表，不补列）。`alembic.ini` 与 `migrations/` 是遗留：启动只 stamp head、从不执行 upgrade，别再写迁移脚本，写了也没人执行。
